Revolution

Revolution

We now declare our former lives have ended!
Here is our lord, we alone stand resolute.
Bend and string us to our will
through iron we forge freedom.,
I join my life with yours, we are comrades.
We rich, and our foes poor.
To be remembered, though in dream only, our words will guide the future.

Then to revolution once again.

“Carry the blades!” they will shout,
as we reach the same bloated state that we fight
down at the Motherland.
The cowherd sobbed, “Why must it happen?”
Antinous growls, “All things born, must someday die.”

They go to pieces over the defeat of our victory

Why are you sniveling? It was inevitable!
Even more? Has she not become what she killed?
Get on with dinner quietly, forget your mourning.
Outside we form
A clean cut revolution.
Nobody bends their will
in this company, all will be accepted.
Made for the people
from childhood to death.

That was the life.
The span of our nation,
the drill of revolution,
destined to grow jaded, corrupt.
Blood in endless cycles.
A shaft with no end.
Whom saves one day, robs the next,
The rest watch and plot.
A revolution.
